I waited for a really long time. The doctor prescribed me a steroid and sent it to my pharmacy and the pharmacy never got it. Tried calling the clinic back, but got someone at a call center so now have to wait for someone to call me back to get my medicine. About to have to drive back up to the clinic to get my medicine. Terrible patient care and organization

The 2 hour wait time was fairly accurate. Six days have passed and I have not received the covid-19 test yet. I am disappointed in the service.

I called yesterday to make an appointment, was told I didn’t need one. Arrived at 9, wasn’t seen until after 12, was in the back less than 20 mins. The only nice part of the experience was the Nurse Praticioner (black woman with short hair). She was very pleasant and seemed to care. The lady that takes the weight and blood sugar doesn’t seem to want to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day, well myself too while I sat up waiting for over 3 hours with Covid and a sinus infection. Never met a doctor don’t know if there is as one. Would probably be better going to a public clinic to receive better service.

Waited more than 5 hours before anyone sent my wife forms to fill out I went at 9am and am just now out for a simple Covid test that took less than 10 minutes! I hadn’t eaten or drank anything for over 6 hours I should have had breakfast. I realize that the wait time is long because of Covid but this was ridiculous and so Un- necessary!!! Im a 73 yr old man all I’m saying is compassion goes a long way when u visit a medical facility!!! Very disappointed!!!

the check-in process was difficult, i understand with covid going on it’s going to be busy but i checked in online and it showed me i had 9 people in front of me, and waited 3 hours and when i asked them about it, for them to say they called me 40 mins earlier. After seeing the doctor, i went to check out and the lady at the front desk was rude when all i asked her was if i was good to go, and she said she didn’t know that i had to ask the nurses in the back, the attitude was unnecessary but i won’t be back to this location, so no need to worry about it

This was the longest I’ve ever waited to get a COVID test! After being texted to come inside (with my sick children), we waited 3 HOURS before we were swabbed, then waited another 30+ minutes to see a provider. Maybe they’re understaffed???

Fui con un dolor de garganta y oídos muy fuertes, mi check in fue a las 10:42 am y me atendieron a las 3 pm porque las otras personas en la lista de espera no estaban, durante todo el tiempo de espera mi fiebre empezó a subir y nunca recibí un tratamiento hacia eso, deben tomar prioridades en su atención porque de todas las personas que vi que atendieron ninguna se le veía que tuviera un dolor o algo similar como me estaba pasando a mi, solo iban hacerse test de COVID y mientras tanto yo que tenía un mega dolor tuve que esperar y esperar. No parece que estamos en Estados Unidos ósea es un país del primer mundo y no comprendo como la atención médica primaria es tan mala.

There was a long wait, but that is because there were a lot of patients needing care. I put my name on the list and was able to go about my business for the day and come back at an appropriate time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The most professional and caring staff you could ever ask for who provide the the most comprehensive and workable solutions to your health care needs. The female nursing assistant I had was very friendly and VERY VERY good at her job last night when my ear needed irritating. While I wish I caught name though to properly thank her and express the compliment but either way I would 100% recommend this place to a friend especially without insurance.

First time there. Grateful to Imani Crosby. After my done was diagnosed with a fracture, she immediately gave me a referral for an orthopedic surgeon. I was able to call and get an appointment set while waiting for the X-ray disc to be copied for me. It was late afternoon and she understood the importance of speaking to surgeon’s office before they closed.

I can’t get to the 4th or 5th ⭐️ in this format, so had to go with the 3rd or 4th ⭐️. But I thought y’all were deserving of 4 & 5 ⭐️s on all Q’ns. It also won’t let me answer how I booked my app’t. I just drove there & walked in. Got a 12:30 appt but had issues I had to straighten out w/ Medicare, so didn’t get set to go in til 1:30ish. Original price I was told was $203. But @ end, was only $169.19! So I was happy! Both women who helped me were GR8 & explained things I asked about. Was my fault (& Medi-care’s that it took so long, not PrimaCare’s fault.
