I was sick with fever and the lady that took mi vitals and ask question never asked if I had allergies, the doctor prescribed penicillin which I am allergic to, when I told him he got mad and accused me of not telling them! He changed the prescription with a lot of attitude !

This was a great experience. I was really not feeling well and the doctor I saw was wonderful. I believe his jacket said PA Dr Athanase Tuwa was very thorough, knew exactly what was wrong after testing and had 3 prescriptions sent to pharmacy and hoped I would be feeling better. One of the fastest appointments I have ever had and everything I needed as I walked out the door.

Everyone, including the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were very professional and kind and patient even though they were extremely busy with lots of patients and booked appointments. I so appreciate the kindness I was blessed with at this location at Marsh and Forest Lane! Thank you, thank you!

Front desk lady real nice, nurse and doctors extremely rude and 1st doctor was okay in his manners, 2 nd doctor was horrible in his manmers, he just entered the room and started yelling at my 80 years old mother that she was going to die becasuse her blood preasure was high and she did not have a family doctor, no good morning, no how are you, come on you are doctors, you’re the hope that we are going to stay alive

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait 45 minutes to get a Covid test. Staff was nice but not very informative. Facilities and equipment are old and looked kind of dirty.

Overall my biggest complaint is that they don’t have a sink in with the toilet for patient use. It’s in the hallway. There are a lot of urgent care facilities in the Dallas area. I don’t think I’ll be back to this one for several reasons.

I specifically chose a location that had curbside service advertised on the website. I called and, after a 20 minute wait time, confirmed it would be curbside. When I arrived I was informed they did not do curbside appointments. This was incredibly inconvenient and very misleading.
