I'm sitting outside of the clinic and apparently they are closed today you know I had an appointment for 8 AM. when I log in on the app it says my appointment is complete like I had already went. I never went I'm here right now what the heck is going on.

I was sent to the Georgetown location from a neighboring city because that clinic was full. When I arrived at the Georgetown location, I was told the other location made a mistake in sending me to Georgetown, but because it happened, they took care of me anyway. The staff stayed after closing to make sure I was taken care of.

We waited 40 minutes to be seen even with an appointment. And then my child’s prescription was sent to a different city over 2 hours away so she had to deal with an ear ache another night until the med situation was resolved.

My husband and I waited for 2 hours and watched others with apparently non-urgent appointments taken back to be seen. It was evident I had been injured, and described the accident upon arrival. There was no triage upon arrival. After finally being seen by the NP we were told to immediately go to the ER, which we were trying to avoid due to COVID. I was diagnosed with a concussion, among other things, but needlessly waited 2 hours at NextCare due to no triage being performed upon my arrival. Staff was nice.

The receptionist was rude, curt and didn’t have her facts straight she snapped at several patients about registering online or through the app and she was wrong and misinformed, after I registered she was supposed to give me an email to send my employer paperwork and said she wouldn’t disclose the email address until I was done registering and when I told her I was done registering she said no you’re not so I had to drag it out of her what I had not done yet and she said upload your ID and I told her it didn’t ask me for my ID she said yes it did well no it didn’t and when she checked her computer again my ID had been uploaded for my previous visit so she was a moron who is snapping at everyone and making everyone feel like they were 2 inches tall and most of the information she was snapping and demanding was incorrect the best part of the visit was seeing her with egg on her face every time she made a mistake and had to be called out on it
