Lynn was a great provider! She had empathy and was knowledgeable. She did several tests to help advise us. She took lots of time and answered all our questions. Nurses were both excellent as well.

The wait time was over two hours, not good! However, watching the girl at the desk handle a steady stream of people coming in wanting a walk in Covid test was a lesson in what patience is all about. People were sick and annoyed they weren’t taking any more walk ins that day and she was unbelievably sweet to them all, even the ones that didn’t deserve it! I’d recommend this clinic even though I had a terrible wait time. It is Covid Crazy right now.

Whatever provider you have in there assured me to never come back to any nextcare locarions 12/30/21 6pm. Completely rude, uncaring, i have been foing to that urgent care for about 7-8 years. I will never step foot inside one again. They dorget when they close the door to the rooms we can still hear every word they say. I never had a bad experience their. But this one was bad enough to not even think of nextcare as an option. Bedside manner, rudest i ever experienced in my life. I have some stuff going on that i needed help with. On top of the rudeness my mom just passed away dude to covid. The provider thought i was lying. I will be more than happy to send in a copy of her death certificate or her obituary. Unbelieveable I cannot believe i just experienced what i experienced. One good thing is i will never have to go through that again.

Twice I made an appointment to skip the wait. Twice had to wait past my appointment time. The second time this happened they took all the walk-ins before me and told me even though I had an appointment I would still have to wait. They did not honor my appointment. I waited an hour AFTER my appointment time to be seen.

They refused to do a blood test for STD'S. I've had the same test done at this same facility before.

It was amazing. I’ve been to NextCare many times before but this time was definitely the best considering I felt ill. The gentleman in the black scrubs taking my vitals was attentive and friendly, the lady in the front was inviting and the NP who cared for me had amazing bedside manners also. She listened to me and took actual care for me.

Covid home test came up positive and wanted to get a 2nd opinion or test from a Health care facility. Wait time was reasonable and the staff was outstanding.

Went in for sore throat. Was swabbed for strep, came back negative buy provider said she'd prescribe steroids to help with inflammation and well she never submitted my prescription. I've called twice and I am sent to a call center that tells me they can't reach the office I went to and no prescription is shown on my chart. I went to urgent care to get 'urgent care' and welp they don't answer to have them send my prescription to the pharmacy. It's been 5 hours since I left the clinic. So disappointed, especially when I'm feeling ill.

The little tech calling your name really needs to speak up. Nobody can hear you. The receptionist didn’t give me any discharge papers I was supposed to get. No was sent to another location and was told I could just walk in to get X-rays. They are expecting you they said. I was informed AFTER A half hour wait that there are 6 people ahead of me and it will be 1 1/2 hours. I said how long for an X-ray. She said “I don’t know”. You just wasted my time and got literally no service.

I was in urgent care because I use this for my children which typically they are very nice to my kids specially the front desk and the ones to take your temp nd oxygen levels. My throat is in so much pain nd the only thing the practitioner said was gargle with salt water or hot tea. I'm very nice to everybody specially a woman because that's how I was raised by a single caring woman and that lady was rude from the jump for no reason. I do not like how I was treated nor the info given to me. They (your care) did the same thing to my son which I'm sure it was the same lady saying nothing is wrong and then having to come back severely worse. That practitioner should def be evaluated. Everything was pleasant except that her. Thank you to the other ladies for the kindness and care.

Very good experience in general. I didn’t have an appointment so I was aware I would have to wait, but it wasn’t too bad. The lady at the front desk was very very very nice (she had to deal with some really rude people while I was waiting and still kept super professional. The doctor was really nice and friendly, and all the staff in the back were great. I’d definitely return if I need it (hopefully not!)
