I had the best experience tonight. I waited maybe only 10 minutes. The receptionist was very nice. Then the medical assistant treated us very well. The doctor was amazing. He was kind, courteous and informative. We couldn’t of had a better experience at this urgent care.

This has been my “go to place” when involved in mishaps (mostly) or that rare sickness for the last 10 plus years. I most value the follow-up calls and the ability to contact the medical professional who was responsible for my visit.

I was thrilled at how quick..efficient...thorough..friendly and clean my experience was. The minute clinic couldn't help me but told me about nextcare around corner. So I walked in and got taken in quickly. The nurse/dr was so patient and really took care of my needs. I had to hug her.

It is embarrassing to be asked at the window why a patient needs to be seen. This is a violation of privacy with other patients sitting within ear shot.

I had a scheduled appointment and was promised to be seen right away but they let walk i s go ahead of me and I waited an hour. If the walk ins were emergencies, I would understand but these people were not dying.

The front office staff have zero customer service skills and barely acknowledge your existence. It was very clear we were an inconvenience. Having sick patients wait outside is ridiculous and not consistent with other locations I've visited recently. Had a 3pm appt, not sure why I bothered since it took 1.5 hours anyway. The NP was nice and took care of us but certainly not worth the hassle. Also, the signs all over the office that aggressive behavior will not be tolerated are so unwelcoming and unprofessional. Will never return.

My husband and I are in AZ visiting from MI and hadn't planned on visiting an urgent care but everything went smoothly. The only thing I thought about was accessibility for someone who is not familiar with computer use. Check in and registration definitely required that technology and I feel sorry for anyone that may struggle in that regard.

Waited for 15min for paper work Waited for 30min for call in Waited for 35min in the room to see physician without explanation. Asked if we were forgotten and physicain got mad showed us attitude saying she is too busy. Spent 2min to examine. And done. Waited another 10min for pay at the front desk. Very unhappy with visit. Spent 95min and seen doc for a second.

The front desk staff could have been a little more considerate. I have a bad back and a bad foot so I can't stand very long, but they wouldn't let me sit down inside. They told me I had to stand outside, even though there were some people sitting inside who got there after I did. The back staff were very nice, especially the doctor. Was in and out in a few minutes.

This is my 2nd time to 59th & Union Hills. The staff is fantastic. Friendly and efficient. The PA evaluated and ordered necessary test quickly and professionally. I will continue to use this specific clinic.

Wait time was a little long but I expected that. Loved that I could check in and go home and come back when they were ready for me. Very nice staff and provider was very attentive.
