I was a walk-in since I couldn't get an online appt. The wait was very reasonable and no crowds in the waiting room. Staff was friendly and appeared efficient, like an assembly line, each effective in their part.

The girl who was to give me the medicine her name was Jenna was very rude that I said I can't take them with just plain water she got upset and threw the glass water in the sink and had an attitude and then she slammed the door when she walked out. Very rude and unprofessional

Waited over 2 hours to be told I have a viral sickness and there is no medicine to give. Meanwhile wanted to run 2 strep tests, since the first one was negative. But second one would take 2 days to come back. Then why not treat for it if you are second guessing the first results. Whole experience was horrible and the wait was absolutely ridiculous.

On 11/24/21, I brought my grandson to the urgent care for stitches. The staff was kind and welcoming! It was such a great visit and my grandson felt at ease.

I took my grandson to this location to get his stitches removed. Daniella at the front desk questioned why we were there and said we should have made an appointment, even though it wasn’t busy. She literally asked me three times if my grandson got his stitches at that location. Each time, I patiently gave her the same answer, “yes.” The other staff members were awesome!
