Just got home from the urgent care. I brought her in for a fever and they told me it was a 98.1. They released me, got home and she has a 102 degree fever. Maybe defective thermometer?

I waited almost 2 hrs for an appointment that was supposed to be at 3:30pm. The lady who finally let me in was brisk and kind of rude. The PA on the other hand was great.

Experience was good. However, staff forgot to send over my scrips to Rx, now I have a needless additional night without prescribed meds. This is the only reason I went to urgent care was after hours fulfillment. Really disappointed. So very disappointed. And still sick.

Let me start by saying I attempted to call this location and I was never able to get anyone on the phone. That should have been my first clue. I checked in at 517pm with 12 people in front of us. By 630 there was still 8 people in front of us so I decided to go to my house which is only 10 minutes away. I was about to head back when there was only 2 people in front of us. At that time I got a phone call from them asking if I was still there. I was told I lost my place in line and would be kicked back to the end even though there was still two people in front of me. The lady who called still asked the questions to see what I was coming in for. I was bringing in my 14 month old daughter for a potential ear infection. She asked me how long had her ears been bothering her. As I was trying to explain I was unsure because at this age she is constantly teething and they have similar symptoms this woman cuts me off and speaks rudely over me “HOW LONG?” I gave her some answer but it was not accurate. Completed the process and she said at the end well let us know whenever you get back and we will see if we can fit you in. I decided not to go back at this point. Very unfriendly and not what I would want for treatment for my little girl.

The staff was awesome and the facility was spotless. The wait time was horrible though; I waited 3 hours as a walk-in for a COVID test. I feel like it should have been much faster for just a test.

Wait time was 4.5 hrs, which is somewhat understandable with Covid spike. Both my wife and I got a total of 7 minutes of face time with the pa ( he never gave us his name). And he did not followup on the two thinks we asked for - a prescription for a severe cough and info on monoclonal antibody therapy. It seems he was more interested in getting out before closing. We were the last patients if the day and checked in at 11:02 am. I am a retired doctor and got a first hand look at why our healthcare system ranks so poorly in the world.

My daughter and I went to get covid tests, now the scan door qr code and sit in car trying to fill out form on phone was a bit nerve racking. But we're seen pretty quick efficient. Top notch service, just wasn't keen on check procedure

Came in because I’m pretty sure I have bronchitis. (I’ve had it a few times before so know the symptoms) the doctors was rude and told me “I hadn’t been coughing” and that “I wasn’t that sick” I took a PCR test and have yet to hear what the results are. I left not getting any care, or meds for my sickness. I’m going to have to make another appointment at another doctor to actually receive care. Definitely will not return to this joke of a clinic.

I was visiting from Texas and was so pleased! I got in fairly quickly as a walk-in. ALL of the staff was super nice and caring. They even did X-rays on site. Expected wait times were exceeded during the visit.

Care was terrible. Staff was uncaring. Dr (PA). Could not have been less caring. He had an attitude the second he walked in the room. Didn’t really even examine my hand. He said a topical antibiotic would take care of it. Then he reached into cabinet and took out 3 pks and slammed them down on the counter. I told him my whole hand was hurting which I would assume is not a good sign. The blisters are not infected but that was his “diagnosis “. Wounds are not draining. Didn’t ask any questions about how I got the blisters. I am concerned that there is infection in the joint based on the swelling and pain that I am experiencing. He said that I could move my fingers which clearly I cannot. I am now going to have to go see another doctor to be taken seriously and to make sure that I do not end up with something more serious. Did I need a tetenus shot? I know the difference between a simple skin infection and something more serious. Medical staff are baffled about why they are not treated better. They need only to take a good long look in the mirror for their answers. Healthcare workers are using the pandemic as an excuse to treat their patients poorly.

Frustrating process to get in the door. Pictures of I’d snd ins cards are difficult to do in the dark on a phone. Not everyone can do that or use the Qr code. Ask on the info if you are a previous patient and if any info has changed would be very helpful to start Hard enough to do some of these forms when you aren’t very sick or agitated by hives. Once in the door the staff was wonderful and told me I was sweet even though I was pretty rude after getting in the door. I did apologize. They were very kind, efficient and thorough and it was pretty close to closing time. In fact it was after closing while I waited after receiving a shot. They were great. Thank you b
