Nancy at the front desk shouldn't be in customer care. When I arrived and she then said that I needed to fill out paperwork on my phone, I kindly replied that I had 5% battery and couldn't do that. She then scoffed at me for then having to process the actual paperwork herself. The wait time was really, really long considering there was only one person in front of me from the time that I checked the center before I arrived and by the time I was actually seen. When I was seen, the doctor was great. But then I got back to the front desk, had a few questions for Nancy, for which she wouldn't answer directly, and just pointed me to a billboard FULL of little pieces of paper. I literally asked for the doctor's name for which I saw and she couldn't tell me. I had to find it on the billboard. She was the only doctor there. But Nancy refused to lift a finger to tell me. Then when I asked for help, she came over, pointed to the billboard and left going back to her desk saying, "Jesus Christ". In front of my 4-yr-old. I will never come back here again. The staff is horrendous. And so is the security guard that was on duty on 4/11/22 in the afternoon. Nancy should not be in customer service.

I waited over an hour to get my covid test that was scheduled earlier today. I asked for a rapid test - after waiting another 20 minutes the staff came in and informed me that I actually took a PCR test and that I’d have to wait 24-48 hours for my results. On my way home, I got a call from the staff who said they actually did give me the rapid test and because my symptoms had developed less than 3 days ago the test I was given is no good. I spent over an hour and a half at the clinic and will be receiving no test results.
