Me gusta mucho esta locacion porque sacas tu cita en línea y el doctor que me ha atendido regularmente es genial. No se si hoy tuve mala suerte.Todos los pacientes sin mascarilla,incluso el personal. Llevé a mi hijo muy mal con tos fuerte,fiebre y no tenían siquiera un test para la flu y no se le recetó ni tan siquiera ibuprofeno,por poner un ejemplo. La doctora que me atendió parece que andaba en una carrera contra el reloj porque no me dejaba ni hablar al explicarle la situación del niño ni respondió mis preguntas. Me pusieron en el cuarto 5 que estaba super sucio y la espera allí fue peor que en la recepción. Eso si,la muchacha de la recepción muy amable

This is the second time I have used this clinic. Both times I had scheduled appointments and waited over two hours each time. Others in the waiting room were experiencing the same issue. Very frustrating. I would not recommend.

My child was talking to the cotir when she came to check me and she ignores him completely I won't be returning to this location if you don't Luke children then you shouldn't be working where children and adults are seen I felt disrespected to be honest my child is very sweet and there's no reason for anybody to ignore a child that was being sweet to the doctor that's very unprofessional

The check in was confusing , the girl at the front was nice but they need to give her a lower desk u can’t see her when u walk in . The wait time was long , and the lpn Aaron was nice but literally saw me for 5 minutes . I felt rushed and he didn’t really give me anything I could do for the pain just said I had to let it heal on its on (I had a busted blood vessel in my eye ) I found more help on google than he provided. 50 bucks for 5 minutes of care is ridiculous .

Plus side is this urgent care allows walk-ins when another one we went to didn’t. Everyone was friendly and I had a lot of questions but they were kind and answered clearly.

Aaron the PA that met with me was concerned for my health concerns. He prescribed meds to alleviate my horrible cough that was keeping me from sleeping. Also told me to call if I was not getting better in a few days. His nurse was friendly and completed his duties efficiently. I arrived 20 minutes early but was still waiting an hour later. I was a patient patient and understood how busy they were.

i had an appointment on wed am at 0800 for an employment screening and blood test after waiting for 1/2 hour they told me they couldn’t do what was needed because they needed another form from my employer. this was set up by my employer 2 weeks in advance. i rescheduled for fri am at 0800. at first they again said they couldn’t do what needed to be done, more forms needed, not sure they had the right equipment or staff who knew what to do. After waiting 50 min and me asking the status they finally said they could do the fit test.

No rapid covid tests when it says online you offer it. Took forever to get me checked out with my prescription and my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy.... one that is currently closed. I just wanted to get in and out and out took forever! I'm sick with covid, I needed out of there quickly.

This is my favorite place to get care when I can't get in to see my PCP. I can always schedule an appointment when needed and everyone is awesome there not to mention how close they are to my home!
