The wait was a little long, but there was a lot of people sick. But other than that everything else was fast . Mmm Mm

I scheduled an appointment online and showed up on time. After waiting an hour, a patient that had arrived 35 after me was called back. I asked why and it turned out I had not been checked in correctly by the receptionist who had already left, so I don’t know if I would have ever been called back had I not asked. The staff apologized when they realized the mistake, but it was frustrating to have an appointment yet be kept waiting so long. The remainder of the visit went very well.

The staff was friendly. The doctor was thorough. I checked in online prior to my arrival so I didn’t arrive until my scheduled time, which was nice. However I still had to wait after I got there and between chest x-ray. I was there 2 hours.
