The doctor was absolutely amazing she was so caring and kind

I had booked in appointment for 3:45 PM and was not seen by provider until after 6 PM I do understand that it was a busy day and there was only one provider in the office, however it would’ve been nice for that to be explained to me upon arrival to the office. Secondly, I had arrived to have an STD test and they did not feel like the provider asked all of the appropriate questions and I did not feel like the manner that they asked them to me what is the way that I wish they had. I was able to get all the testing that I wanted to have done and for that I am thankful. I hope in the future the wait time is not as long and the providers are a little bit more caring and careful with their words or responses.

This place absolutely sucks. I had an appointment and waited over 2 hours. All the nurses were just hanging around talking. Took $45 from me to not even help me in the end.

I’ve used this facility before, I was taken back because they definitely treat you different if you are on mercycare cvs when I had employer insurance. I made an appointment for 1:30p didn’t get callback until 2:15p and didn’t see the physician until 3:30p. The front clerk was not helpful and did not have a sense of urgency.

Argued with the “doctor” about what yellow/green mucus indicates. Not very professional but they gave me what I wanted and that is all that matters.

We were visiting because my nine-year-old son had used a stapler at school and had a staple in his thumb. The provider came into the room and said the following “ I’m not going to restrain anyone’s children today, so if he fights me you’re out of here.” We left without treatment. I was shocked by the rudeness of the provider. My son was calm, and not even crying. His “warning” wasn’t necessary. I will no longer be visiting Next Care.

As a health care provider, I am saddened by the scheduled appointment. Persons of similar backgrounds were taken back prior to me; solely based on race. The guy behind the desk said it was based on severity. I hate having my intelligence insulted. Terrible. Last time. Only highlight was a health care provider from Georgia. Btw, I am from Mississippi.
