They didn’t even evaluate me, just heard I had a cough and wrote me off as Covid. Didn’t even tell me what I could do to help my symptoms.

This is my first time to NextCare at this location. I had made an appointment so the wait was minimal. Facility was super clean, staff prompt and attentive and overall the experience was good! I will definitely use this facility in the future if the need arises.

Everything was fine until I asked for a copy of the X-ray, was told to wait in the lobby while they scanned to a disk, 2.5 hours later and still no copies. I understand patient care and staffing issues, I work in the ER, if you don’t have time or can’t for some reason just say it instead of waist of my time.

I have NEVER I mean NEVER have had such good care from an urgent care facility. The people were friendly and courteous and pleasant. I could go on but you get the idea I called and went in and the rest was taken care of by the staff.

It was sad just how I went in to get checked for strep just to have the results come back negative but instead of somebody coming to tell me that the nurse came in and handed me discharge papers and said if you have questions you can look at the forms all the answers will be there, then hurried me out

I made an on line appointment for today at 4:30pm.I was seen at 6:24om. I realize we are all in the Covid nightmare and the urgent care center is overloaded with patients but...what exactly is the purpose of an appointment? This experience was frustrating and too long.

Long wait, couldn't find my vein, sent me to a lab which was already closed. Sadly this was a wasted day. Unfortunately I didn't get what I waited for.

I booked online because I have bronchitis and wanted to be tested for Covid and Strept. Upon arrival the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me for several minutes. I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time outside in the parking lot feeling sick and with a fever. I finally was called and went in the back door and was taken to a room. Both the providers were nice and took care of my issues.
