I wish all of my medical appointments were as good as nextcare. The staff is very attentive and professional, I recommend this place often. Special shout out to Thomas the exray tech he is very good at what he does and has a great personality.

My PA was awesome. Coming in through the back door is some what overkill and sort of silly but that’s not their fault. Also, I appreciate having the option to wait in n my car is nice but being forced to wait in a vehicle in the summer in the Arizona desert is not cool. It’s September here and it’s 104 outside. This is normal weather for Phoenix. Sure I have AC but I have to sit there and run my engine to run my ac and that’s offensive to people around me and to the local environment. Nextcare company really needs to plan for that.

It was super easy to get an appointment for a rapid test. However, it was a bit confusing about what to do when we got there. It might be helpful to add more directives when the appointment is booked. Otherwise, our experience was great!

Staff was friendly. Since the time was early I got right in. People were wearing masks is a plus. I had trouble finding which side of building to go into. Nevertheless I will be back if needed. Took a card. Thank you.

We had a terrible time finding a place to get a rapid COVID test. Luckily, we found NextCare where we got in without an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and they accepted our insurance. Win, win, win!
