I was never seen by anyone, I waited for (2) hours for a call. I know you busy but I had it scheduled. Please let staff know not to charge the credit card as the were no services provided.

They said they could help me out and I called ahead of time to see if they were able to fill certain paperwork out only to find out that when I got there they said they are unable to fill out that paper work plus the guy attending me was giving me attitude for no reason.

Absolutely horrible experience. The nurses were rude. Now let’s move into the provider, never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect for coming with issues and questions about my body.

I never got seen. I was told by your staff to wait outside in my car for a call and also said it in rude way. I never got the call keep checking the wait online to only now get a message saying my appointment was completed. I was never seen. Wow very disappointed I’ve been coming here for years and had never had such a bad experience.

I got covid tested not rapid the one that takes a few days, they swabbed me and me thinking it was just the test and they send you out your way i was a bit confused but decided to go through with it 5 minutes go by and i’m still waiting 30 minutes go by and i’m getting impatient i had to go pick up my son from practice was not expecting to stay longer than 20 minutes altogether it took an hour for me to finally up and leave as i peaked out the door NOBODY was in the back covid section so i left the building as i was walking out i saw in the window nurses chit chatting laughing with eachother and the next window there was a lady just sitting around on her phone. So i walked out and it took them 15 minutes to find out i wasn’t in my room i miss two called and get a voicemail basically threatening me to go back or they are going to throw my covid test away. Waste of time & money worst place ever

I THINK IT'S VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO GET PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR SOMETHING YOU DON'T OFFER AND ACCORDING TO THE YOUNG LADY THAT CALLED ME TO TELL ME IT WAS MY TURN ITO TEST AND YOU HAVEN'T HAD FOR OVER A YEAR IS SAME DAY RESULTS !!! I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM BUCKEYE TO 59TH AND MCDOWELL JUST TO BE TOLD THIS !!! THE SAME DAY RESULTS ARE OFFERED WHEN YOU SIGN UP IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT TAKE IT THE HELL OFF , QUIT GETTING PEOPLE TO DRIVE OUT THERE AND THEN TELL THEM. YOU GUYS WASTED MY TIME TODAY FILLING OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK JUST SO I WOULD BE READY TO GO RIGHT IN WHEN I GOT THERE , NOW THANKS TO YOU GUYS I ENDED UP WITH NOTHING !!!

Everything was fine but the young lady in the front desk was horrible and rude to everyone that came in. After I seen the doctor and ask the nurse to send my meds to a certain location the lady in the front desk rolled her eyes and supposedly sent my meds to the location I wanted but lied and didn’t. Never coming back to this location

I have a terrible cough and my throat was killing me,, took the day off to go to the dr waited a while in my car .. and came out with no medicine he told me to buy some pills over the counter …same thing I’ve been doing all this time … I should have gone somewhere else

Never made it there I spoke to the girl online and then she set up an appointment at the clinic they sent me to this address that address did not exist. If you charged me anything for speaking with her I want it charged back to my account or I’ll be coming to your place with the police and the media
