I got in pretty quickly-great! The gal at the desk was cordial but not very friendly. The intake person was very friendly and efficient. The PA I saw was also very friendly and hopeful. The door to the clinic was extremely dirty. Does not give a very good feeling walking in. Also the PA had to leave the room to get towels to dry her hands there were none stocked. Check out experience was efficient, but again for a front desk person that girl and step it up a bit!

We stopped at 2 other NextCare centers. Neither one of them had x-rays that worked. I understand there are staffing shortages everywhere but to make me drive all over town to get my foot x-rayed was RIDICULOUS! It would have been nice to know that from the website. If it had not been for the Super folks at this center, I would still be mad. From front desk on the folks went above and beyond and we’re NICE!!

This urgent care facility is fantastic. they're efficient, professional, and have a terrific bedside manner. the staff is well trained in all spheres of acute care & appropriate interventions. I strongly recommend Next are Urgent Care

I have to say that this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at any Urgent Care. The staff was fantastic, they checked in on us while we waited, and apologized for a longer than expected wait due to an unexpected circumstance with a patient that went in before us. I will refer anyone who asks to this location, and it will be first on my list if we ever need urgent care again.

I was scheduled for an 8am follow up appt. Sat in your parking lot for over an hour after checking in on line. Then your website changed and stated you were closed that day (Sun). Went to the Tatum location and they were kind enough to let me know to make another appt with original location later this week.

Sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after telling them more than 3 times which pharmacy I wanted. I gave them the actual address of the pharmacy both verbally and written down on my check in paperwork. Still sent to the wrong pharmacy.

I usually don’t care to post but Urgent Care are now Covid clinics. They don’t even attempt to help with anything else and it’s sad. Before even seeing the pa the assistant asked me what I wanted them to do. I didn’t realize I was supposed to know what’s wrong with me prior to going. I will never recommend this place.

The staff unprofessional. All complaining about a co worker who had left. That is all they were talking about cert loudly. Saying she left lists for them and she was not their boss. A guy who took my vitals was also talking loudly about it saying he was not on schedule . He he had not had breakfast. All seemed to be preoccupied with this employee .

It was a pleasure to go to Next Care. All the staff was friendly and helpful. It didn’t take long for me to get seen and the care was great. Would recommend to everyone.

No complaints about the care. Was VERY disappointed in the professionalism at the office. My visit was discussed loud enough that my daughter (adult, 38 Y/O) cl early listened (from the waiting room) to the discussion outside the exam room about me seeking drugs. After all the HIPPA junk, they do this? That was not very professional. I am not seeking drugs. I would have viewed this as a positive visit if I had not had to convince my daughter to not file a complaint after the inexcusable behaviour of your staff. I made the decision that pointing it out at that time would most likely have done no good.

It was a very quick appointment and I felt like they heard my symptoms and decided what the treatment plan before they saw me. They didn’t prescribe any medications even though I have been coughing all day and all night. Didn’t seem like they were concerned about my health
