This was my first visit to urgent care since living in Rio Rancho (in 2 years), I wish I would’ve known about it sooner. We have spent countless hours at the ER for simple issues—child ear infections, colds, etc. Every single staff member was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. On a Friday evening—the level of care I received was the best since residing in the DC area and having a plethora of providers to choose from. Thank you all for providing excellent care to my son and exceptional customer service. With a family of five, I am sure we will be back many more times.

Lady at front seat was RUDE, Doctor didn’t even tell me my diagnosis but prescribed me antibiotics. I went back in to get discharge paperwork and asked the lady at front desk if she could ask the doctor my diagnosis and she told me “I’m not the one who saw the doctor” VERY RUDE, and RUSHED because it was past 8pm.

The staff and the provider were great, but on the website it stated they took Pres. Be careful its ONLY Pres Centennial that they accept. I feel awful, I have kids and I'll be traveling for work next week, I dont have time to run around Alb finding another clinic. I ended up paying the full freakin bill, with no insurance!!! Completely unacceptable! And while I was in the lobby 2 others came in with the same situation and they both stormed out of her really angry. FIX YOUR WEBSITE TO HAVE 100% ACCURATE INSURANCE INFORMATION!!! If I didn't feeling so awful I would have walked out and never ever set foot in a NextCare clinic ever again!!

I have been here several times and I wait for long periods I don’t understand why the doctors don’t check you when you specifically tell them where you hurting or what your feeling last visit they told me I had shingles and i did not I just hope I was diagnosed correctly!

I was attacked and bit by a dog so I went to this urgent care, I was bleeding bad and they took me right in. I Kept passing out, however they had already called the paramedics to take me to the hospital due to the amount of loss of blood. They were very kind, they called my daughter and updated her and I highly recommend them!

The doctor or (not sure if he is a nurse practitioner) was a Male and rolled his eyes at me and attitude with me, because I had not taken over counter meds. He told me usually if want to feel better you take those. I felt like walking out of there the moment he gave me attitude for no reason. I needed to see if I had COVID that’s the only reason I stayed there. I didn’t have meds at home and I didn’t know if I had COVID so that’s why I hadn’t taken over counter meds…I was doing the right thing by not exposing others and then I get attitude from him. I will never go to this place again nor will I recommend it. The rest of the staff was wonderful except him!

People were friendly and doctor was knowledgeable & helpful. Wait time was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! Showed up at 5:30pm for 5:40pm appointment, got out after 8pm. Missed a meeting, didn't eat and got no work done. Made for a HORRIBLE experience!! Also, was told to pickup prescription at wrong location, which made for an even LONGER night!! TOTAL waste of my evening!!

The antibiotic the doctor gave me tore me up. When I sought to be re-evaluated via your Telehealth service I waited a half hour on the phone and no one ever picked up until I finally gave up. I bet you're making a lot of money but the healthcare was terrible

The doctor and technician that took my vitals were both very kind and professional. I love that I could leave after checking in and the office called and texted me when it was my turn, 20 people later. It was very convenient and I felt like for once in a doctors office that my time was considered to be valuable. I will come back and tell all my friends about this place. Keep up the great work.
