I checked in at 12:26pm for an appt that was supposed to start at 12:40. Didn't get seen by a doctor until a little after 2pm. I understand wait times, but wait 1.5hrs for an appointment is too long with a sick 3.5 year old who is screaming and crying.

I sure thought by pre-registering for a visit the wait time would be minimal…not! Even though there was only one registered person and one walk-in ahead of me, I didn’t get called in until 30 minutes after my scheduled appt.

I am still waiting to be seen by the medical staff; I am been waiting for almost 3 hours, the person at the from is very rude, and call you rude because you ask when you are going to be seen. This place is a joke!

The doctor was awesome, she showed genuine concern for my condition. She explained how she was going to proceed and provided guidance for my care. I would love to have her as my primary care provider.

We waited almost an hour after our appt time. We were classified as a walkin when we were not. We received a notification that our appt was conducted and we had not even had the appt. I had to call the office and complain to get back on the list to be seen. We got a positive covid test result after we were told yall had ran out of covid test. So I call BS on the covid test results. This is just another ploy to keep the numbers up.

The first nurse didn’t do my strep test correctly.. nurse had to. I told them me knowing my weight isn’t good and they still forced me to and read the number. The receptionist lady was nice as well as the nurse practitioner but everything else was horrible. I was there for two hours.. had to wait 45mins even though I scheduled a 8:30 appointment

40 minutes after appointment to be seen. Over 1 hour total time from appointment to check out. Receptionist clearly hates her job. Very unfriendly.

Facility was very old, water stains on the ceiling, waiting room felt grimy, and no soap in the one bathroom. Even the exam room felt dingy. But the PA listened and was receptive to my problem, appreciated her attention!

The P. A. and the nurse were great. I had a scheduled appt and waited an hour to be roomed. My husband was the same. We tested for COVID-19. I received a call with my results but my husband never did. Called repeatedly and ended up driving back to the clinic for paperwork and results. Front desk lady was not friendly or very helpful.
