I go to a lot of next care facilities this is the second time I’ve been to this facility and it is terrible the staff doesn’t seem cognizant of how long that stuff takes I went in for a Covid test a rapid Covid test and it took 2 1/2 hours of me sitting in my vehicle when I had an appointment and 45 minutes to an hour to get my results back on a 15 minute rapid test absolutely unacceptable and the Lady at the front desk is extremely rude

I love this urgent care because they get to you at your appointment time and the assistants are very kind and helpful. I like that very clean respectful courteous to everyone.

I received a positive COVID test on my Thursday visit. I canceled my trip.Next day I took two rapid tests that were negative. Saturday I took a PCR test in Walgreens. I just received the results, Negative. I am frustrated that the first test in your clinic was false. Rita Michaud.

The bathroom did not have a trash can and there was urine on the seat. Someone had stuffed trash in between the handicap rail and wall.

Front office is horrible. Both individuals lack office professionalism and don’t like to give out solid information, it’s like a tug of war. One rep., I felt was argumentative but it is expected level of service has drastically declined. On the other hand Issac and the physicians assistant were impeccable in all categories. Issac polite and professional. Physicians assistant was great and very thorough. I appreciated their professional examination, and for this reason I might consider going back again.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were kind and able to help me with my issue. Downside was waiting an hour or two past my appointment time to be seen. But I do understand the facility being very busy due to the current COVID surge.

The process and start are amazing. My issue was my head being held while the stick is jabbed up my nose. My nose is still sore from this. More sensitivity needs to be taken with this process. Clean rooms and center, Staff is very knowledgeable.

Health care providers at this location are consistently awesome and completely professional. Compassionate and take time to answer questions or address concerns. Unfortunately front desk attendants arent as in tune to their customers... impatient, unprofessional in style of communication in dealing with sick and weary customers. All in all great care once you get through intake online.

During a very stressful busy time due to surging Omicron COVID, the staff and healthcare professionals were extremely patient and kind. They did not rush me and checked out my symptoms which are due to cedar sensitivity.

Poor hygiene by NP, no gloves on oral exam, no paper on table. Offering abx to cover/prevent flu and offered prednisone for allergies. Inappropriate treatment plans. Very slow-there for 1.5 hours and the first patient of the day.

Waited for them one hour to return from lunch. If nobody is present at 12pm then it shouldnt be available. Never schedule a lunchtime appointment again.
