The lady in the front is super nice and super friendly. Doctor Waters is amazing. He helped me with everything and made my visit quick and simple. He is so friendly and funny. Can definitely make you laugh and make your day when you aren't feeling your best. I definitely recommend this urgent care. Also, it's walk in. LOVE the convenience! 10/10 recommend!!!

I downloaded the app and made an appointment at the wrong location. The staff member at the desk at the location where I wanted to go was so nice. She helped me cancel the appointment and rebook and she didn’t make me feel stupid.

The front office is prompt and professional. The doctor is awesome, great, kind and SUPER! He listens to your concerns and is very personable. This is my go-to urgent care facility.

I’ve used NextCare many times & appreciate the care & concern they give. They are organized, very efficient and responsive to the patient! The check-in process was perfect! I called for the appointment. If there was a cost, my insurance would cover it! Check in was perfect.

We walked in this morning at 8:30 and were told they only take 2 walk-ins per hour. We decided to wait but had to wait in our car for 30 mins to walk in, then waited 1 1/2 hrs to be seen (in our car while it was 28 degrees). LNP who saw us was very good and thorough and personable. The front desk lady was not very nice at 8:30 in the morning until we were actually going to be seen.
