I thought I scheduled an appointment? Scheduled my daughter for a sports physical. I received multiple text to confirm my appointment and was even told to be there 15 minutes early. I arrive 15 minutes early as prompted and was told there was a 3 hour wait with my “appointment” time. I complained about the wait time. They then told me they will send me a text 15 minutes before I was ready to be seen. I came back and waited another hour and 15 minutes between the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Total of almost 3 hours. The blood pressure machine was not accurate and staff also seemed not to care when I requested them to take it again. 150/38 blood pressure was apparently acceptable when my child was clearly nervous and complained the cuff was too tight. You would think they would of done a manual blood pressure cuff so it wasn’t so tight and make a child feel uncomfortable. Other then that the dr was ok for what the appointment was for. Wouldn’t come here for anything else.

Second time I’ve been here and second time I’ve been denied treatment for an issue I’ve been dealing with for 15 years. Doctor was like talking to an ai bot with pre programmed script. Apparently the papers they read are a better indicator of treatment than the actual patient that’s been through it for multiple times. But to the “doctor” that does not compute. I will not be seeking treatment at any of these places again as I will just self medicate. Two years ago my bronchial infection almost turned to pneumonia because of “doctors” like this. I won’t be wasting any more time or money on strangers with zero common sense. They don’t give a F about you, only how many times they can get you to come back. I’m a once a year patient, guess they need to bring that number up.

Arrived at the Scottsdale location and was immediately greeted by desk reception. Person explained the process and I started to register using a QR Code. Registration process was quick and easy. I was even able to take a photo of my driver’s license and insurance card to upload. I was in the waiting room for roughly 5-10 minutes before being called into the treatment area. That was so fast that I barely had enough time to complete the registration….awesome! The triage person took my vitals, asked why I was being seen, and swabbed my throat for strep. Not the friendliest person but she performed her services well. I was then taken to an exam room where I waited for less that 5 minutes for a provider who entered into the room to exam and diagnose me. Ryan was his name and he was a FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner). Great guy with a great bedside manner too. Explained everything extremely well and I was discharged within another 5 minutes. I waited in the patient waiting room for another 2 minutes for my discharge paperwork. The whole visit took virtually no time. The facility was extremely clean and everyone was required to wear a mask. Thru accept tons of insurance plans and because I had met my deductible, I was not required to pay for anything. I would highly recommend using this Urgent Care Facility and I would not hesitate to return should I need to be seen in the future.
