Called customer service to make sure they do X-rays at this location. I was told yes snd made appointment online. Got to location and NO X-rays ☹️

This use to be my favorite urgent care cause the PAs were very understanding to my situation and understood me ,and always helped me stay comfortable till i could see my dr this PA was not easy to talk to felt like she really didn't want to give me any meds cause she is more worried about her getting sued for writing for pain meds ridiculous to me She literally gave 4 pain pills it's the weekend and she could have given me 3 days worth to get through the weekend.I hate when PAs think they know more than I do about my condition that I have had for over 20 years.If she would listen to me I told her I know my limits .Not sure if I will return .I don't recommend the provider but I do like the other providers there Beside manner I just didn't care for her didn't feel like she was very caring just telling me what I already know .I booked online.All around just was not happy with this visit.

This is a great place. Schedule online. Staff is friendly and get you in and out in a timely fashion. Doctors take time to listen to how you are feeling and care for you.

Fast, easy, simply paperwork. Lucked out as there was no one a head of me. Folks were nice. Went in for a cough and sore throat. They asked me what I was taking for the cough and I told him. However, they never said if that was the right stuff to take nor did he say he was going to prescribe anything. Great place, will go back when or if I need to.

Each and every time at this Urgent Care facility has been a good experience for us. We are always treated professionally, quickly and they have helped us for whatever medical issues we are having. We love this Urgent Care facility on 91st & Bell and have been going there for about 5 years even though we are no longer living in the area.

Everyone was patient and kind with my elderly mother. Wait time was over an hour, but we didn’t have an appointment, so I think that was very reasonable.
