Doctor Ash was the worst doctor I have ever had. Didn’t really even come in the room. Barely talked to me. Staff was okay, friendly a little. Wait time was silly, I was on the app and it wasn’t updating at all.

I understand that when only one doctor is available wait times will be longer, however I believe the scheduling person should take that into consideration. I had an appointment and we had to wait an hour and a half.

Greeting from the cashier was bad. She could have cared less about me or why I was there. Major attitude problem! Also, I must have provided my profile and insurance information at least 4 times.

I have a big complaint I had a 9:30 appointment and I got there at ,9:15 there was only 1 appointment in front of me but 22 walk in's I walked back in at 10:20 and asked how much longer it would be. I was told a little while longer. I proceeded back in at 11:10 so they took all those walk in's before me who had an appointment at 9:30 I was finally called in at 11:30. Instead of making an appointment I should have walked in I would have been taken care of first !!!! I was very disappointed in making an appointment I will not do this again and I will tell my family and friends how disappointed I am. Also I was sitting in my car for 30 minutes a man pulled in he came back out and sat in his car and was called in 35 minutes before me. I think they messed up. So no I'm not happy.

I made an appointment for 9 AM and for some reason the app showed that I was a walk in so I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, only after I informed the front desk that I had an appointment. Staff is wonderful as well as Dr. Ash

Wanted a COVID-19 test. Last time I received one it took less than two minutes. Yesterday was over a two hour experience. I did not need the exam the throat culture, I only needed the test.

UTI suspected. Tx’d. “I never culture” per David after I asked if culture would be done I requested culture. “ it’s always the same. You don’t need culture.” I gave card with contact info for Dr Nekkanti Columbus Ohio. I’ve worked with her for past 6 months for recurring UTI’s with success. She has given me instructions to always have culture. I asked that she be given note, result, & treatment info. I have little confidence this will be done. As I left, I was asked for address & phone which I provided repeatedly in writing at same visit. Poor lazy practice
