The receptionist showed weird attitude towards me.

I like this place because is really close to my house and usually they take care of you. The only thing that I don’t like is that they do not put any notes about your visit in your visit summary. I wanted to talk to my husband about what the doctor says but it was not record of her recommendations no where. What if we need a doctors note or something like that?

The person who took my covid test was very rough she didn't even introduce herself to me her customer care was at zero I didn't like her and I don't think I will ever go there again 😥😢

I was rushed out after a quick test with no actual exam and they never sent my prescription to my pharmacy so I am still in pain. They dont answer the phone so there is no way to contact them besides going back to the clinic in person.

Excellent patient care, only waited 30 minutes and was seen as soon as I was called in.

That check in process was the WORST. After waiting about an hour, (plus my long drive over there) the carts were all wrong, which put us BACK at zero in the now Longer queue. I wish I could give you negative stars. The lady on the phone was unable or unwilling to help us sort out the chart.

We waited for over an hour and a half and I sent a text message saying, "I'm still waiting.." when a staff member called and started asking same questions that were on paperwork. She informed us it'll be 15 more minutes then without acknowledging my "thank you" on the update she hung up on me. No "you're welcome or goodbye." I thought that was rude considering I explained I've been waiting on parking lot since 10:30 and it was already 11:36.

It was amazing, I walked in and Amanda, front desk was so adorable and happy. Next I saw the MA Aaliyah, she’s so wonderful, she treated me like family. Next I saw the PA Morgan, she seems to young to be a PA but she addressed my problem and I was so happy!! Thank you 😎

I came in for a covid test. The instructions on the sign out front were clear. I received a phone call within a few minutes of completing my online paperwork and was seen by a health care worker a few minutes after they called. Very expedient and the staff were friendly.
