NextCare Urgent CareTucson (S Calle Santa Cruz)

I had a scheduled appointment for 9:30 and the check in said I was next in line. I checked in and filled out my paperwork online within 5 minutes, but it tool the front staff over an hour to figure out how to charge me with Advantage Monthly Payments because they were simply spelling my name wrong over and over again when looking for my information. I even provided my member number by showing the confirmation email to the front staff, but she took it down wrong. I was absolutely floored by the incompetence. Because of their inability to do their jobs at a sufficient level, 3 people were called ahead of me. When I finally went back, the medical staff was nice enough. It took them a very long time (40 min) to get back to me on simple X-rays and the doctor said she would prescribe me 2 medications - a muscle relaxer and a pain reliever. When I got the paperwork back, I only had the prescription for the muscle relaxer. Altogether, it took 3 hours from start to finish to come in, get X-rays, be told I'm completely fine, and be sent off. This is s ridiculously unreasonable amount of time when you have a scheduled appointment and are supposed to be the next patient in line.

Sick March 27, went to Nextcare April 1. Covid and flu tests negative, Dr said some kind of virus,, go home, drink liquids, wait to get better. Didn't recommend anything for motion sickness or swollen glands.Feeling worse and went back 4/5. Dr says you were just here 4 days ago, why are you back? I had been sick by then for 9 days, ask a nurse recommended a return visit. Dr seemed bored and condescending. On 4/5 I had an 11am appt and still wanted over an hour. Sorry to take up yr precious time, Nextcare. Friends recommend Carbon that's where I'll go.

I booked my appointment online, and arrived just 2 minutes before my appointment time, having already checked in online. I was asked to wait in the car until a room was ready which was may 20 minutes. Triage was quick pleasant, and I went directly to the room. The assistant did a quick Covid test and I waited a short time. The provider Ms Bacani was very patient, friendly, thorough, and easy to talk to. She did not rush although I know many were waiting, she answered all my questions, and offered me the chance to ask more. It was an excellent experience!
