Way too expensive. $205.00 for a one minute exam just to get a refill on a med I’ve taken for years.

I feel like calling the Better Business Bureau on this place. I walked in and was seen for Ulcers and when i was taken back to see the nurse/doctor. She told me there was nothing she could do for me. Its not right! I spent $200 for no help what so ever!

I love this clinic at swan rd the doctor and staff were incredibly helpful the doctor here help with all my answer I have been to another next clinic but not a good luck as this one thank you next care for your kindness and to help others

The Only good thing about this place is the provider Becki NP. She’s polite, caring, knowledgeable and provides awesome care. Otherwise the front office and back office staff was so “blah”, no kind of greeting, called back and direction were barked at me and when I answered any questions I was talked over and dismissed. The rude MA who kept talking over me had to come back and ask me multiple repeat questions since she didn’t hear me the first time since she was talking over me and didn’t hear my replies the first time. Again I’d go back because the provider but otherwise everyone else could use some customer service skills.

Can’t get appointments not even online.Tried multiple times to call. No one would answer. The check in process was very difficult for someone very sick or in pain.Other patients were trying to give up their appointments to get me in sooner. Ended up being referred to ER which was why I went in the first place. This has happened to me at each of my 2 visits

Front desk lady called me “pissy”. Medical staff ignored my serious health concerns. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I went for a COVID PCR test but had to see the provider to get it. This is a moneymaking tool for the company. I had already seen my primary caregiver two days previously but didn’t get tested that day. I didn’t need a medical visit, just a test.
