I had an appointment at 12 did not get done until 1:40!! The wait time is ridiculous especially when you have an appointment… the front desk lady’s are doing their own thing and are not on the same page as the back… the nurse and Dr we’re the best

Everything explained up front. Front office staff very friendly/professional. Medical staff also very friendly and caring. Wait time was a little extended but lobby was clean. Appointment was booked online. This was a work injury so there was minimal papeework.

I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment which are scheduled in half hour increments to wait 2 hours while everyone in the office was sitting around doing barely anything at all

They got me into a room in a short time. The nurse was very nice and only ask questions that would help my illness. The Doctor was kind and answered all my questions and concerns.

Very prompt service, very competent Dr and staff members. I booked this appointment on-line. Very good site, easy to navigate! Wait time was minimal. The check-in process was quick. The Dr. was very patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Unfortunately during my visit I saw some really disturbing behavior from the staff. I hate to complain because I know how hard our medical professionals work to keep us safe. When I was about to be swabbed the staff member took a handful of gloves out of the box with her bare hands and then put them back. After I complained about this another staff member came into my room already wearing gloves. This is a big cross contamination hazard. And then during my exam the provider didn’t wear gloves at all. I was told the gloves are used to protect the staff from my germs, not the other way around and I understand that concept but I still feel clean fresh gloves should be used especially because the staff member did touch my face and mouth while swabbing me. I did not feel safe here.

Well the front of the house was a little weird about letting me in the building because I had a stuffy nose and a cough. Made me feel like they didn’t care. But the doctor he was amazing he diagnosed me right away and took care of me. I very much appreciate it thank you for all your help

We waited for over 3 hours to see a provider. We scheduled ahead of time so we would not have to wait so long. No one apologized for the wait gave any explanation why it was taking so long to be seen. Three hours of wi time is inexcusable and just poor management.
