MA and NP were wonderful the only person who had an attitude was the the receptionist she wasn’t very friendly looked like she was annoyed and didn’t get off her cell phone

The wait time was long because I was a walk in. I made an appointment for 8:00 the next morning and the wait time was much much less.

This NextCare is my preferred urgent care facility. The clinic is well run by a friendly and helpful staff. Service is always on target and professional. I have recommended this clinic to friends and coworkers.

Despite the fact that I couldn't walk without my leg buckling under my weight, they sent me home without any care instructions just because there wasn't a fracture.

It's weird to have the check in person ask "Are you here to see the Dr.?" Uh, no im here for the Tiddlywinks Tournament. The paperwork, esp online checkin is equally silly. Particularly frustrating if one does not have a computer or the internet (yes there are some who do not) so REQUIRING an email address is kind of stupid. The staff is pretty friendly, and the process of doing the covid and a strep throat test was quick yet annoying (not anyones fault as thats the nature of this test). Ok ver all, i was pleased with this visit

I was told by the doctor that the flu vaccine was only 20% effective after I told her I vaccinated my 17 month old, increasing my fears and anxiety surrounding my toddlers health. I believe that should’ve been a comment she should’ve kept to herself. It seemed condescending the way she said it.

The staff is great! The doctor was so nice and patient with my son. Answered all of my questions, and made sure my son received the care he needed.

The lady that wears glasses is very rude and throws her hands up in the area when I needed her help. The lady that was sitting there had to come help cause of the other lady didn't want to help. Idk if I want to come back cause of her. The nurse that took us back was very nice to my daughter while doing her testing and was talking to her the whole time. And the doctor that came in was very nice

Shanice the front desk lady was the absolute worst receptionist I've ever seen. Did not inform any of the patients that they had an additional sheet to fill out online. Just told us all to check in with the QR code and go wait in the car or outside. She was rude. She was incompetent and laughed and admitted she didn't even realize nor head them call my sons name, but another patient told me they did while we were in the bathroom. No apologies, and the other receptionist snapped at me saying I should have let them know I didn't get extra paper work instead of sitting in the car for 2 hours waiting. When that was the instructions I was given. On top of that shanice tells me I need to go to the back again through the door. I had two bags and was carrying a car seat and she just walked away to the back room that I was going to and didn't even offer any type of help. Thankfully a nurse rushed over and helped me with carrying my belongings so I could get through the door. The receptionist are the face of the next care, and they make it horrible for everyone there. There's a sign posted about not being disrespectful in multiple places to the receptionist, yet they treated every single one of us rudely. And at the end she made me wait 15 minutes for papers that were sitting I'm the printer the entire time and goes "do you actually need the papers or do you just want to go?" I told her I needed the papers because of his daycare and she says "well you'll be waiting for a while" I waited and after 15 minutes she turns around goes to the printer and hands me the papers that were sitting there the entire time. She should NOT be working there.

Had set an appointment, had three text confirmations, when I showed up it was closed unexpectedly… I’m sure they could have texted, called, or emailed me to let me know something came up and needed to close. It was a waste of my time and gas for my vehicle.
