It was a really long wait I didn’t know that for a Covid test you had to wait in your car I was dropped off I had to wait outside for the long time

Very bad, the wait time was unreal my appt. was at 1245 I didnt get seen around 220 and they only saw me for two minutes. They should inform you when you make appointment it will be a long wait due to only having one provider. And they should clean more. I was afraid to get sick in there.

My appt was at 6:40, got there at 6:36 all paper work was done in advance, 8:43 and still here, now waiting on paper work and prescription.

Wait time was extremely long and walked out, but hopefully you don't charge the insurance for making me waste my time. Clearly I would not recommend this place. I booked my appointment on line "to make it faster" it obviously doesn't work that way.

Very unprofessional..PA Watts...my grandson is 2 yrs old crying with a fever..and he sits there..had to come out and get someone to see him..and still stays sitting...

I was treat horribly my whole stay. I had an appointment at 5:20 and was finally seen at 7:20 only to be lectured about covid (which I don't have) and to be told "you have a virus. Couldn't tell you which kind. Your paperwork is up front." Wasted two hours of my life. Not a single part of it can I say with positivity.

Young lady at desk complaining about being slow...long wait between Dr. And nurse. Went to pharmacy to wait another 45 min. They said they received prescription late from nexcare.

Everyone is always nice there and the doctor is very nice he has a good bedside manner this is where I normally come even though it's not by my house

I didn’t have an appointment and was seen in about 30 min from arrival. It was quick and I was out of there within an hour.

I went in for a rapid COVID test. Waited 4 hours when I had made an appointment for 4pm, and got seen until 7:30. Dr refused to give me a rapid test saying they were not reliable. Said I had COVID symptoms on my report when that is as lie. I had no symptoms whatsoever. I just wanted to get tested because my brother was diagnosed positive for COVID 7 days after I had seen him. I wanted to be tested for peace of mind. I had to ask the nurse to have the report changed where it stated I had symptoms two U had no symptoms at all. If rapid tests are unreliable then they shouldn't be used. I left very upset and couldn't go stay home because I didn't know off I have COVID or not. Having to stay at a hotel was a financial step on my finances.

Was very surprised was in and out from outside check in to leaving was bout 35 mins and very polite and I didn't have to ask a bunch of questions they did their jobs and very well wi)l definitely come back and refer people

We had to wait over 4 hrs and the staff couldn't tell us how long the wait was going to be. Then we couldn't get a rapid covid test. Even though we explained that we were traveling.
