I arrived at 11:45 with one patient in front of me we got called to the back we waited an hour before the doctor came in then she informed me that they could not take an x-ray today and that the front desk staff should have told me that then we were going to leave out of the room to go and she says oh no the X-ray tech is here so we waited another 30 minutes for him to come into the room and then we waited 45 minutes for results my appointment was 3 hours and it was the worst experience that I have ever had at NextCare and I've been to your facilities plenty of times but I have never been to this location which was on Valencia and Headley in Tucson

My appointment time was not honored and the person who arrived for the next appointment time was taken back for their visit before me. I waited a total of 45 min before being called back and believe that only happened because I spoke up about the wait time. The facility's outside looks run down and it's confusing whether this is NextCare facility or FastMed. The inside looked fine though. Restroom could be better though. No where to hang belongings and asked to put urine cup on top of wooden table in restroom where I also had to place my purse so hope it is cleaned regularly. Staff was curtious and physical had good bedside manner.

Staff didn’t know what they were doing, when asked how long the wait, was rudely told ti sit and wait and j could ask the the nurse herself when h did see her. They lost rack of me and tried ti I take me twice, we had already done that. Staff was very rude and un-gentle when swabbing throat. Made patient cry
