the doctors refused to use my correct pronouns on multiple occasions, barely checked out my swollen finger, and were badmouthing me when they thought i couldn’t hear them. completely unprofessional and overall a miserable experience

Went in with a laceration. Was seen within 15 minutes, and had stitches and was out the door in 45. Very friendly and professional staff.

Went in for a possible std contact, my boyfriend found something sketchy. And they were very gossipy to each other about my situation? The nurse who came in at first was talking to me like I had something wrong with me. But, when I left, one of the nurses told me to “get it together”. Girl I don’t even have symptoms, my boyfriend does. Thats my fault? Very unprofessional, sketchy place bad treatment. The lady that drew my blood however was very nice and did a very good job.

I easily made an appointment at 2:30am online. (I was so happy not to have to wait until they opened.) I was seen right away, gentleman who did my triage was great and doctor was very nice. It’s great knowing I have an urgent care so close.

I felt incredibly dismissed and worse than when I walked in. From the receptionist who clearly didn’t want to be there and became irate when I asked him to relate instructions to The doctor who not only offered no words of comfort or “get better soon” she also stabbed me in the ear with the scope. She barely listened to my breathing, diagnosed me and said “I’ll be back” she never came back and 20 minutes later a nurse came in handed me discharge papers and said “you’re good to go.” Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had.

I went in for a swollen ankle. I was basically told” take ibuprofen, here’s an ankle brace, maybe get an X-ray” and out the door. I guess I expected a more thorough exam and better anti enflamatories then ibuprofen

Appointment was an hour late. Then doctor was in for 30 seconds saying were gonna do an xray. Xrays took 2 minutes then waited for results for an hour and staff forgot about me in the room then was told negative your good to go and that was about it

We got there and specifically asked if they were able to do X-rays. Once we waited in two different rooms a PA examined him and suspected a broken clavicle, but explained that an X-ray of the clavicle was out of their technicians’ ‘scope’ of abilities. What does that even mean? They sent us alway without so much as a sling, and a bill for a referral to an ER which does absolutely nothing. Not a good experience, total waste of time.

I have been here twice for the same problem. I have been sick over a week which I made clear. I have chest pain and coughing dark flegm. They just assumes it s Covid and didn’t give me antibiotics. I know my body and what infection feels like and I know Covid too. This is not Covid. Thanks for nothing. I told her I know it isn’t Covid and she literally said there is the door. Rude.

I was expecting more to happen. I was asked if I wanted a strep test, and if I wanted a covid test. I don't know, I'm not the professional you guys are. I came out with literally 0 diagnosis as to what was happening to me other than waiting on results for a covid test. That's great, but if it isn't covid then what's wrong with me? I figured I would at least get a z pack or something prescribed. I'm honestly extremely disappointed. Insurance is bad enough and health costs are high enough I should at least walk out of urgent care with an idea as to what's wrong with me.

Terrible experience! Bad attitude from doctor…rude, and didn’t allow enough time for our concerns. Disrespectful attitude, a less than thorough explanation, and an overall horrible service! I will not be recommending this place to anyone, and will go out of my way to discourage anyone from going there…rude, rude, rude!
