Booking the appt was super easy and very convenient with Solv! Check-in was also very smooth using Solv. Wait time was minimal. Staff was friendly and willing to address any concerns. Clinic was clean and well decorated. Cost is definitely affordable. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had really good experiences here but today wasn’t one of them. The FNP (Crawford) pulled down her mask around her chin several times while we were talking. She also used a magnifying light from the wall without sterilizing it, touched it to my lip and tongue while inspecting my throat (no plastic lining), then replaced it on the wall, again without sterilizing it. The reason my review isn’t lower: she did explain what she was prescribing and why, answered all my questions, all the other staff in today were great, and I’ve had excellent visits here with another doctor (NP?) before. The location is convenient and covered by my insurance, but the risk of running into a healthcare provider who isn’t concerned about masking or hygiene might not be worth those benefits.

The wait time was too long. I went there for a covid test with an appointment. I was there on time. From entering to exit, it was 2 hours. Within this 2 hours, only 7 mins was interaction with the service providers. Rest of the time was just waiting.

Disconnected information between staff. Had to be asked by every individual what was wrong. Throat inspected with cell phone instead of proper tools. No real questions asked about what had been going on with my connected ailments over the previous days.

I came in last night having trouble breathing a week and a half after getting diagnosed with covid and the wait was long. I made an appointment for this morning. After signing back in this morning it took my an hour just to get my vitals done. They immediately told me there was no guarantee they could do anything because apparently all a doctors office can fucking do anymore is give OTC meds. I still wanted to be seen so they put me in a room and I waited there for another fucking hour without any updates or information of any sort given. They clearly just wanted me to leave so I left. This is a completely unhinged way to treat human beings. Y’all should be shut down.
