I have used Night Lite Pediatrics several times for my kids. The Doctors are wonderful. With that said, the front office is extremely rude. The lady in the front office displays a (I hate my job) mentality, every time we have been there. She refused to bill my secondary insurance company and I received a lovely Final Notice bill in the mail during a global pandemic (for $70). One of my kids is special needs and has to visit various doctors’ offices in town. None of them refused to bill our secondary insurance (which is standard procedure). The front office personnel and lack of customer service, unfortunately ruined our experience at Night Lite Pediatrics. I will never take my children here again!
