My son was told a week ago he had a double ear infection. My 5 yr old i.e. He developed a nasty cough and congestion so I took him into Pediatrix. The front desk rep was rude to my husband. When I walked in after they were ready for my baby(2hrs later), the nurse Nicole had no compassion when dealing with my son. She shoved the swab up his nostril for the flu test and was loud and ignorant. My son was in there because he had an ongoing fever, headache, swollen eyes, congestion and had to deal with that pig as soon as he got in the room. He was very cold and nurse know it all demanded I not cover him with his blanket as he will get a seizure due to his fever. The doctor was super nice and attentive but his staff can use some training and practice professionalism especially when dealing with parents and children that go in there with little to no sleep.
