The staff was very professional and related well to my GRANDson. I appreciated Dr. Lee’s thoroughness in contacting his superior to determine the best course of action. I want to say thank you to all the staff, from the nice receptionist who greeted us, the nurse who took care of us and Dr. George who was very patient. My daughter is a special needs child and they made it very easy for me and her to be very comfortable. Compassionate and patient. We were lucky as we did not to have wait very long. She loved the high fives from the staff. It made her day. Thank you!

Dr McDonald was great. My daughters first time and kinda an urgent care matter. Definitely didn’t treat me or my daughter as if we were in an urgent care. She is wonderful and has great beside manners.

I called to request a follow-up regarding my child's test results and the lady that answered the phone was not professional and told me the doctor was too busy to talk to me regarding the fact that my child still had a sore throat three days after the appointment.

Not sure if it was just a bad day or what, but my appointment was at 4:00 pm, and we were seen by the dr until 5:36. She walked out of our room at 5:41. Even though I explained I thought it was food poisoning, she didn’t treat my son for that. She did an automatic COVID test and strep throat test (even after I explained he had already had recently had COVID). The dr was so rushed to get out of the room and the nurse was so impatient. Overall it was a very frustrating and disappointing visit.

My two-year-old was screaming, and obviously didn’t feel well, and the staff and the doctor were so understanding, supportive, and helpful, not to mention knowledgeable.

Made an appointment online. Arrived 15 minutes early. Had to wait an hour and half in my car. Then visit took and hour and half. The front desk rep stated appointments were priority but I could tell they were not - we waiting just to be told my daughter had a cold for two in half hours! My goodness this is ridiculous…. The nurse who seen us was very friendly though. Only reason I was pleased.
