Woke up this morning with minor cold symptoms. Since my mother who I live with is in fragile health, I decided to take a Covid test to be on the safe side.  I walked in, was registered and seen within a matter of minutes. The doctor was helpful and sympathetic. Excellent service!!!!

I had cut my finger on broken glass and it was bleeding good for several hours I was seen very quickly they checked me in cleaned it and gave me antibiotics  Very friendly and helpful staff

Staff was great.  They knew what they were doing and was very conscious of the discomfort the patient was in.   They all did a great job!

I have been to this facility before and I have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and they even did a follow up after my last visit. Great place to go when you can’t get an appointment with your Dr.

My first time at the Physicians One located in Mamaroneck. Online appointment booking was easy. Receptionist was friendly. Ray gave an excellent throat culture! MaryAm, the PA, was knowledgeable and a good listener. I would return to this urgent care.

My daughter complained of ear pain that was getting increasingly worse. Her pediatrician's office was closed, so we headed here. We were probably there for about an hour. Everyone was very polite and kind, and they tested my daughter for strep which came back positive. The doctor suggested amoxicillin, and I asked her to prescribe augmentin instead because we've had issues where amoxicillin didn't fully treat her ear infections. The doctor called it in and we left. When I got the prescription the dosage seemed weird to me, much larger than I remembered giving my daughter previously. The next day I checked with her pediatrician and he advised me to cut the dosage in half. I'm very happy I double checked with him, I can't imagine giving double the recommended dose is good for a four year old!

I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I’ve been so impressed with my 2 visits there, I bought my husband because he had bad cold & chest congestion. He’s hard to please with his medical care. And he was very impressed with the entire experience. Emily was on top of everything, as usual. Ordered chest x ray, made pneumonia diagnosis & ordered appropriate medications. Great job again! Thanks to all the staff. Short wait time.

Woke up this morning with pink eye in both eyes. Called my doctor's office first and felt verbally abused by the person on the phone, telling me I can't come in the office because I'm contagious. The person who called back told me I had to wait till 4 pm for the doctor to call back. I went on line and made the appointment in a few minutes. What a difference. The girl who came out and got me was so pleasant and the doctor was great. Will definitely go back and highly recommend them.
