The two front ladies are so rude and aggressive, both need to be trained with some matters, got to the urget care do an accident my son had at his job. My son was bleeding do to a cut and his hand he was in pain. We get their and start filling paper work out. An hour and fifteen minutes later we are still waiting not to mention that all the other patient got call but my son, remember my son had and accident at his work, (other arriving patients are been seen before him), so I get up and ask the lady when my son was going to be seen, because other people are getting call but my son and proceed to tell her he had been in and accident, her response was so out of line, her response was and I quote; Ma'am those people had a reservation and your son didn't, (like it was a hotel she was referring to) and this is urgent care not emergency, so here we served first come first served. Out of all people for my perspective her response and attitude was unacceptable, specifically in the line of work she is in. I wanted to report her, but I did not know who to report her with. You my ask why did you go somewhere else, we could not go somewhere else this was my son's job insurance. Later I got the rude lady's name,Marleen (medical assistant) I was not going to put her name but she kept having an attitude with me, while waited I went to get the restroom password I asked Marleen wich at this point I not know her name but when she kept been rude to me by looking at me with this anger and she even raised her voice at me when I asked for the password for the restroom. That's when I looked at her name tag and got her name. I RECOMMEND NOT TO GO HERE FOR SERVICES ITS SEEMS LIKE A PATIENT NEEDS TO FALL IN THE GRACE OF THE RECEPTIONIST EYES IN ORDER TO GET A DECENT, RESPECTFUL TREATMENT PRIOR TO GETTING SEEN BY A DR. My son told me Doctor was excellent.

I would not put any stars if i could. I went into Norco urgent care on 04-25-22 with bumps on my neck, shoulders and all over my head. I was in severe pain as well. I was seen by Daniel Kim. He looked at my neck and said you have a rash, I said no I think it is shingles because it is very painful. I told him the bumps are also all over my scalp. He did not look at my scalp, did not ask my symptons, how long i had it, anything at all. I also had a bad ear ache. I told him again how much pain i was in and i needed something for the pain, he said we do not give pain meds for a rash. He said you can go to the front now. I left and called them on my way home to speak to the manager. She convinced me to come back and I could see a different PA that would properly diagnose me. I came back, she took me in the back room, sat me down and said you have a rash and we are not giving you pain meds. If you still want to see another PA you will have to sit here and wait. I was so angry, in severe pain and crying at this point. I just left. The next morning at 4 AM i ended up in the ER. I saw real MD and sure enough i have shingles. Anyone who has had shingles knows the pains is horrible, it is nerve pain. The PA, DANIEL KIM if he knew anything at all he would know what shingles are and know that you can prescribe GABAPENTIN for nerve pain GABAPENTIN is NOT A NARCOTIC. This place treated me like i was a drug addict looking for a fix. I never once asked for a narcotic,I asked for something for the pain for shingles which is what i thought i had and it turns out i did. I will filing a complaint on this so called PA to the medical board.

One of the worst service I have ever seen in my life. Wreck less staff, their names are Hesta and Ann. Careless and never again! Not recommended.
