Hmmm...where do I start? 1. I’m taken back to the room and ridiculed for not having them give me a flu shot (sorry but not injecting poison for a 3% success rate) 2. Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves and her assistant making fun of me for telling her that I was putting tea tree oil on the spot I was concerned’s only worked for thousands of years but yaaaaa SCIENCE (eye roll) 3. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Rude is an understatement. 4. I have her remove a small mole above my eyebrow. When I take the bandage off the very next day, THE MOLE IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! I’m hit with a bill for hundreds of dollars for something that is still very much there. Hmmm...curious who’s mole she sent to get biopsied? 5. I call billing...explain I’m not paying for the mole removal or biopsy, but happy to pay for the visit. The lady is very kind and says she needs to speak with the office about how they want to proceed. They call me back WEEKS later and basically tell me to F off and that the bill needs to be paid in full. So ya...maybe go to ANY other doctor and practice. I posted a pic that I just took where my mole is very much there. I am reporting the practice and the doctor. I hope it was worth it for them.
