Excellent service for both myself and my toddler; they bent over backwards to see my son very quickly (we were a walk-in)....great service and continued dialogue through their app with follow-up coverage; they were sincerely concerned over the welfare of my child.

I don't usually write reviews, however, I thought other people should be aware of some of the service they provide. While I had no issues with any other providers at the clinic who were all very helpful and nice. My appointment was prompt and the PA who saw me was very nice and answered all of my questions. There was however an issue with the doctor's note that I had been given for time off of work. I was told it would be for three days, and the person who wrote the note (who was also very nice) I'm sure by mistake included the day I went in and had already worked as on of the three days. I tried to resolve this by phone without any luck so figured I would go in and explain that I needed the date pushed out one day further (which would have been consistent with the 3 days off). The lady at the front desk was nice, however A NP Jane came out, looked at my note and told me she would have only written for one day and that I would need to be seen again to have it extended. I was attempting to be nice and stated I had no issue with being seen again and that there must have been a miscommunication, as I had received different information on the day I went in. She then proceeded to tell me, with her back turned towards me as she was walking away "Well I'm communicating with you right now" in a very rude tone. I found this to be completely unnecessary, as this individual did not know me or my case and likely thought I was just attempting to get additional time off work. I personally hold a doctorate degree and am very conscious of my bedside manner and do my best to make people feel like they are being listened to and understood. It is not in my typical character to try publicize someone's behavior, however in this case I felt disrespected and no patient should be spoken to in that manner. I understand that everyone is human and has bad days but that is no reason to take it out on patients that you don't know, especially when I was attempting to be nice and go along with what she stated the protocol was. The PA I originally saw then came out and without hesitation changed the form, as she understood the case and this had already been discussed. Other than the interaction I had with the NP Jane, I believe this clinic is run well and have warm and friendly staff. Again, I don't usually leave reviews but working in a similar field I feel that patient's have the right to be listened to and treated like humans, rather than nuisances who are wasting their time. I hope other people have more positive experiences at this clinic, and I know I will be careful going back as I do not want to be treated disrespectfully while I am in pain and asking for assistance.
