Short Wait Time

I walked into the urgent care and stated I had chest and arm pain. By the time I jotted down my name and address at the counter, I was immediately taken into a room. Within 5 minutes I had a nitro patch on my chest, an EKG, a heparin drip, and morphine. Within another 5 minutes, they had taken blood samples and performed a chest XRAY in my bed. I was checked on every few minutes. They took at least one more blood sample and graciously gave me a little more morphine. In another 20 minutes, the ambulance team of three arrived and my 5-star treatment continued. They took two more EKGs in the ambulance on our trip to Valley Hospital, where I had two stents. I have never, ever experienced this level of efficiency, professionalism, and kindness. Everyone, bar none, treated me like I was royalty. I firmly believe that Elite Medical Center saved my life. The next time I'm in Vegas, I will be dropping by to personally give my thanks. I wasn't up to it before I left for home. From the bottom of my heart, pun intended, THANK YOU!!!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend making an appointment on line. They text you when they are ready to see you…we live 5 minutes away. Much better than waiting in a lobby with sick people. Dr.Stephanie Zority was awesome…actually sat down and listened to all my questions. Friendly staff…clean facility too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
