          Pediatric and Adolescent Urgent Care of WNY, Orchard Park - 3055 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park
          We had an appointment for 12:30 because my daughter had symptoms that had turned out to be strep or an ear infection in the past. Saturday night we booked our appointment for Sunday afternoon, so if needed, we could get antibiotics. When we got there, we checked in, and even with an appointment proceeded to wait for over an hour before being called back. They took her vitals and sent us back out to the main waiting room again until a private room was available. Eventually we were called back again and seen by a provider. The staff was friendly, the care was good, but I don’t honestly think having an appointment made a difference. I wish I had realized that in advance, and we would have just shown up when it opened and hoped to be the first ones there. Still, it was nice to be seen on a Sunday, so I can’t really complain.
