I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I can only relate to the several times I've had to use this facility and all those visits have been satisfactory. Remember, it is an urgent care facility which means, depending on what they already have going on when you arrive that's how long you will have to wait. If you have a life or death emergency you should call 911! I have had very competent clinicians attend me on my visits and other support staff are usually friendly and accommodating. If you need something, just be respectful, and reasonable and you will get the same in return. :-)

The CDC recommends abstaining from sex, using latex condoms, and being in a long-term mutually monogamous relationship with a partner who does not have chlamydia as the best ways to avoid contracting the disease.
