Front desk lady was very polite & helpful ; so was the nurse

From the moment I arrived,, the girl at front desk was courteous, friendly,, knowledgeable,, and walked me thru the whole process,,, and the whole process went fast and smoothly

Staff was great.  They knew what they were doing and was very conscious of the discomfort the patient was in.   They all did a great job!

I didn’t make an appointment in advanced but just walked in & the staff took me in right away, was able to help me with my issue, gave me the proper medications and were super friendly. 10/10 recommended

Woke up this morning with minor cold symptoms. Since my mother who I live with is in fragile health, I decided to take a Covid test to be on the safe side.  I walked in, was registered and seen within a matter of minutes. The doctor was helpful and sympathetic. Excellent service!!!!

Scheduling and check-in were so easy. It released my anxiety over getting help right away that morning. Without exception, everyone was courteous and professional. Doctor Craig was extremely  thorough  checking beyond the ordinary and digging deeper. Thank you everyone.

Very knowledgeable and fast service. I really like Dr Chen. He spends the time to talk to you and explain what’s happening. The staff is super friendly . Best part is if you need a x-ray they have that on the premises which is so much easier than going to a radiology lab.

Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I had cut my finger on broken glass and it was bleeding good for several hours I was seen very quickly they checked me in cleaned it and gave me antibiotics  Very friendly and helpful staff

Needed a follow up visit because symptoms worsened and got appt. Immediately.Staff was professional and courteous and I will recommend to others . There seem to be so many walk ins in the same area but happy to have found this one. I would suggest another sign on side of building where entrance is to make it easier to spot.

Woke up today with a cough and stuffy sinuses. Nick is so knowledgeable and helpful. I’m glad he was there when I came in today. Service is always quick and scheduling was easy to set up online.
