Bad experience for my child who is in college. Critical time and needed an antibiotic and/or steriod and the dr. refused and basically said to get over it. We will NOT be coming back to this location. Doctors are there to consult and listen to the patient. The patient is the person that knows their body and how they feel - not the other way around. Staff was nice but the doctor (did not get his name - white male) was not helpful AT ALL and ultimately cost us money and time.

I was refused a simple athletic physical for my son. I was told that it had to be done by the primary care physician. I've had the same documents and procedures done at other Ochsner locations and the NP told me that they chose to do it inappropriately. The receptionists were nice and polite, so that's something I guess.
