First my care was excellent. From check in to Dr care. Everyone smiled and was pleasant. My wait time experience was bad. I made an appointment got there prior to time and still had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. Amazing the staff did not appear stressed

Was super quick. Pa wasn’t very friendly but that’s ok if I get the care I need. However I was told my rapid strep came back negative and they were sending out the other strep test and gave me an rx to take if it was positive. Now I can’t find out if it was. Not in my portal and no one answered

Went for covid testing. Staff was great to work with and very prompt after signing. Cost was what I expected.

Recent Lab Tests Reviews (20)

I arrived at 8:30am so I could get in line. When I went into hallway I read a sign that said go back to your car & fill out paperwork. I tried to retrieve paperwork but couldn’t find it. I then called the office #. A very rude women asked if I had a Dr’s referral. She then rudely transferred me to a main # which was no help. I went back into hallway & waited in a line. Then one person said to someone you have to take photo of a code to get you paperwork. I then tried to get photo which took several try’s. I returned to my car & filled it out. It was lengthy & took some time. Finally I submitted it & received a note saying their were 0 patients ahead of me. So I went back into hallway. I looked threw the window on door & saw a patient filling out paperwork on a clip board. So I went in. The window urgent care lady came to window & explained to me I needed to wait in my car fit a text. She said all the rooms were occupied. She was nice. So I did but was concerned because I was the 2nd car there at 8:30am & had all these other patients before me. At 10:30am I was text to come in & go to room 8. So I checked in at window again & was told someone would come out to get me. I then was called to enter the room. The nurse was nice in asking me questions & taking vitals. I asked if I was to receive the regular test & she said yes. She also explained the wait period for results. I was given the test with a protruding stick going into each nostril for 7 seconds in each nostril. She said it would tickle but it didn’t. It was only slightly uncomfortable. Dr Lana then came in. She asked me questions & had me try to smell a alcohol swab. She was very nice & concerned. I felt confident & comfortable with the Dr & nurse. The Dr explained the patient letter sheets the nurse had given me. She was very thorough. At 11am I was released & able to go home.

I think I was the very first person to sign up for testing at this location, because this was the first day it was available. The signs directing you where to park, and which give the phone number, are not visible when you drive in (they are on the opposite side of the vehicle as you are trying to turn). So you don't know to park there. Then after the front desk person called back and we figured it out, and then I re-parked and called, they then directed me to go around to the back and park by the island with the rocks. There are 3 islands with rocks. I took a guess but don't know if I was supposed to park by one closer to the building. So please improve the signage and be more clear about where to go in the back.

Arrived for a covid test. Receptionist was very friendly. Entered room to have test. Gentleman sitting at table looked up at me and put gloves on. I took off mask and said does this go in my throat, response was “nose”. Swabbed both nostrils. I said are we finished, response “yes”. I said you don’t talk much , response “only if someone asks a question”. I said that’s not very good patient care. Response “silence”. Those were the only words spoken to me. I have not ever had a test where the person didn’t at least speak a few words to explain what he was going to do. Usually even “hi or hello, And a “I am going to swab your nose for the covid test and you are finished would have been something. Very poor reflection on UH care.

I just want to say thank you everyone was so kind and caring and compassionate. Truly putting Patients First. I would much rather spend a few minutes and an urgent care I don't get the same or better quality Care then you would receive in an emergency room. An emergency room they are so busy and so overpacked that usually you just don't get as much one-on-one attention from staff. This is the first time I've been to urgent care in years and I've got to say I'm very pleased. I called ahead they told me about their website they tell you what all they are capable of doing there what kind of testing what kind of care unbelievable thank you all very much.

After I was ordered a covid test before leaving I made an appointment around 11am and the first available appointment was at 3:18pm. I had a lot of time to kill even after stopping at Walmart to get vitamins they told me to take. Then I stopped by the pharmacy to get my prescription. I still had 3hours before my appointment. Not knowing how long the line would be I left & arrived at the testing center at 2:50pm. They told me it was fine that I was early. Now I wish I would have went hours earlier. It's not fun sitting in the car for hours killing time when you feel horrible. If only there is a way to get an earlier appointment when you actually have symptoms so you don't have to wait so long. Or a number to call to ask someone if they can see you sooner.

The staff were super nice. Everything works as quick as possible. They Came in and did a check of us after our Covid test. Told us what to do if we were still feeling bad in few days and give us some information to help my leg pain, swelling and hurting. I have been to other Urgent cares before and I really hated them and I said I would never go back to one so I was really leery about coming to this one to get my Covid test. But now I know there is a urgent care I can go to if I ever need to. Everything was super great people were friendly and I did feel comfortable there. So thank you so much for that.

My two kids and I were tested for Coronavirus. Everything went smoothly and the nurse was very nice. The only thing that I wish had been different is that we were told that we would receive a nose swab that would go only part way up. When we arrived to be tested the nurse explained that if we had gone directly through Urgent Care we would have received the swab that went halfway up, however we set up our appointment through a virtual visit and the only swabs that were available were the ones that go deep into the nasal cavity. I had unfortunately told my kids that they would not have that particular swab because that is what we were told. It all went well for them but I wish there hadn't been that confusion.

This happens frequently-at least two previous visits. This time, in order to keep it from happening again, I came in and asked what was on order. She said PSA. That’s incorrect. I needed a Lipid panel for cardiologist. Apparently, urologist needed a PSA, too, and I didn’t know about that. She denied there was a lipid panel test. So she checked MORE CLOSELY and found the lipid panel. It looked like it was on a different line or a lower section of the order screen. Therefore, your IT department needs to get involved so it’s ALL on one screen and you don’t have to scroll to find it. Must keep things simple! So I got what I needed (YAY!) and didn’t have to return later after the doctors office tells me they never got the results. Then I have to return and do it all over again, which is inconvenient and frustrating. Plus, I think they get thrown off because I frequently order my own labs as I am monitoring my Lymphocytes. That number keeps rising for unknown reasons. I LOVE that I can order my own labs. You ought to consider expanding the list of available tests. Thanks for this opportunity to help you be more efficient.

Hyper efficient and friendly staff. Rough timeline below: • 2:00PM: found a 2:30PM opening on Solv • 2:05 - 2:20PM: drove to location. Setup Solv account/finished uploading check in documents at stoplights along the way (not safe or recommended, but efficient) • 2:20 - 2:25PM: checked in (communicated with the office through a Ring doorbell and finished check in process over the phone while waiting in the car), medical history quickly reviewed, and notified to drive to a specific section of parking lot for the test • 2:25 - 2:30PM: walked inside briefly for the actual Covid rapid test • 2:30 - 2:45PM: drove home • 2:55PM: test results received (texted as requested) Scheduled, travelled, and seen with results in hand all within an hour? Can’t ask for much more. Thanks again for all the hard work.

I booked my appointment online. I was in the waiting room 3 minutes. The nurse was with me for about 10 to 15 minutes getting my extensive health history, was attentive and asked intelligent questions to spur anything I might have forgotten into memory. The doctor recognized me from prior visits with my children, did a necessary lab test, and we discussed if the results point one direction care will go this way; if the lab results go this direction these type of medications will be required and what my concerns were about the medications so I would receive what worked for me. The entire process with the doctor took less than 10 minutes and I was free to go. I received a call about 30 minutes later with the results and the medications were sent to my pharmacy, all of which were in formulary with my insurance. I definitely would recommend this place for urgent care needs. Everyone was so nice, professional, and fast. Now I can recover at home comfortably with chicken noodle soup and warm blankets.

I was given a choice of several testing sites none of which were within 25 miles where I live in Aurora Oh. I chose the Parma site. It took me 30 miles to the site and then of course 30 miles to return. Not good. While in the testing site all present had masks on including me, plus the large plastic screens in place at the desk. If more than 1 person spoke at a time it was impossible to understand what was said. The person who gave me the test was friendly but she was not at all gentle when administering the test. It felt like she was up into my brain. Is that really necessary? It was extremely upsetting and I became upset and crying. I have received 2 vaccines and I am well past the 2 weeks of acquired immunization status. Unless I am on my deathbed I will never get a co-vid test again. You may use and/or publish my feedback, but I doubt if you will publish it.

Positive.professional prefer this urgent care in Kent rather than an ER if I can avoid it. I was here at this facility in January when I came in for a sinus infection/ flu symptoms tested for covid 19. I was called the next day with positive results. Three days later couldn’t breath well so went by ambulance to Uhpmc admitted diagnosis covid spike pneumonia. University Hospital took great care of me. 7 days later , discharged.I survived covid pneumonia! I am so thankful for the staff here at urgent care Kent and Dr Christian Jones who had the knowledge and took time to ask questions and determined I needed that covid test. It prepared me for what to expect. Thank you !

Great experience. I went specifically for a rapid Covid test and drove from Gahanna because of the good reviews. I only waited for about 15 minutes after my appointment time and I was able to check in online and watch the wait list go down until I was next in line. They followed all of the protocols and when it was my turn, a nurse, who was very pleasant, asked me to pull around back. Once I was back there, another nurse came out to get me, she administered the test and I was done in 5 minutes. Very convenient and fast service (at least for the Covid testing process) and I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for making this already awful process a good experience.

n regards to pre-admission testing, the hip & knee class and the pre-admission COVID test everything went very smooth and the staff in all areas are very friendly, understanding and helpful. The only hiccup was that my PRE-admission COVID test was scheduled for 7:35 am at the North Olmsted facility. I highly recommend this location as opposed to do-it-yourself drive thru methods however, the facility needs to be more welcoming at this time of the day. A handful of patients were waiting in our cars and the website and facility doors indicate they open at 8am. The building appears closed! One woman went up to the south doors and they were locked, but fortunately ascended the stairs to the west/ handicapped entrance and entered. The rest of us then followed. There needs to be a COVID TESTING BY APPOINTMENT sign illuminated or lighting in the lobby to indicate the facility is open for those with an appointment. Once inside, the staff was also friendly and professional. So far the experience has been very positive. I hope my surgery goes just as well!

My doctor submitted this test to Compunet about 2-3 weeks ago. I was in the same lab about a week ago for another test. They had this PSA test in the system at that time but the staff recommended that I wait for this test until this week to be within 5 days of my doctor appt. When I arrived today, your receptionist said the PSA test was not in your system. It was in your system last week and had been there just a few weeks. I had to contact the doctor to have them resend the order. Doctor had no explanation for why Compunet did not still have the original order. What happened?

- Verified patient on 10/26

I had an appt at 10:52 upon arrival I called the designated phone number for Covid testing, was told I needed to go down the street to urgent care because the time I had they don’t schedule like that. I had a confirmation email from compu net at the place I arrived at I Beavercreek. I went to the urgent care place and was told they would have to charge me if I wanted to go there and do not schedule. I went back to Compu Net and called designated number and she again said I wasn’t scheduled. I read her my confirmation and she stated she had my order from the doctor but no appt. after a few chats back and forth, she would squeeze me in. I did get tested. But obviously something is wrong with the systems or employees are overwhelmed. The employee giving the test was very nice and we spoke of the issue. Not blaming her. If it is a system problem it must be fixed.

I love Dr. Staszak! She is compassionate, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and gets you in and out quickly without compromising care or making you feel like a number. I appreciate her straightforward approach and witty sense of humor. She is the rock of my medical team. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine. I have never had an issue getting an appointment in a timely manner. All staff I encountered were friendly and have always treated me with courtesy and respect. Concerns and follow up are always addressed quickly. There were some different faces at the front desk today but check in and out still went smoothly. The on-site lab is convenient. I can get any needed tests quickly and the staff there provide the same quality of care.

Misdiagnosed. Brought my daughter in with fever, headache, swollen lymph nodes, sore neck& head congestion. Doctor immediately said not sinus congestion & gave her strep test & flu test- both negative and doctor said she thinks it mono & ordered a mono test. I told doctor I THOUGHT it might even be due to a possible tick bite since she went hiking in woods, but as of yet we hadn’t noticed rash yet as of this morning. She had exact same reaction when she was 7 when she had a tick bite. Doctor blew me off & just ordered mono test & said to go next week. Within 1 hr of being home we noticed a live tick attached to her neck. I removed the tick. Washed site with alcohol & drew around the red rash to see if it continues to grow. I plan to call in morning to request the needed antibiotics since we already paid our $55 co-pay. I SHOULDNT have to pay again.

I’ve been seem at this Urgent Care, several time. However, it was much more cleaner than in the pass. The nurse more professional and kind. For example I came one time fir my throat and sinus. The nurse ask about me to be tested for the virus and I said no she got upset left the room and left my tube that placed on sink after getting tested for Threp-throat and another nurse can in with my paper work and pick it up. Another doctor act like she was scared to talk me. Nevertheless, the nurse was Jacob very polite and knew his job. The doctor I forgot her name she was on point Friday, the 30 of April ***. The best doctor I had since coming here. Very Patient, concerning and The doctor answered ever issue and pain The service was the best yet and I commend you all especially the Doctor. And Jacob not far behind. I truly appreciate your service.

Excellent experience here. We were able to get a same-day appointment for a Covid test and we were thrilled with how smoothly things went. The nurse practitioner, Ken (who was seriously amazing!), was responsive to questions leading up to the appointment, and he came out to our car to administer the test. He was attentive, thorough, and answered all questions. He also happened to be the nicest guy ever! Couldn’t be happier with both Ken and Integrative Wellness Center. Turns out it’s a new operation, but you wouldn’t know it based on the level of care provided. It’s a little hard to find, but both Google Maps and Apple Maps took us to the right spot (the parking lot is off a back alley that runs parallel to Broad St.). If you need a Covid test, this is a great spot to get one! (And I’m sure they offer other services, as well.)

Russia Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Lab Tests FAQs

  • Where should I get a lab test in Russia?

Doctors commonly order lab tests and can refer you to one or more reputable lab test centers in your area.
