Went in for possible splinter fragment in finger. NP looked at it, pressed on it and said they didn’t feel anything and that was it. Gave me script for ointment and oral antibiotics. I told her if the fragment was small enough she wasn’t going to feel it and she ignored me. It was a waste of my time

This is the best urgent care I have been to. Unfortunately urgent cares are usually notorious for subpar healthcare, long wait times, and rude, unfriendly staff. I have been here a few times as a patient and brought my children in when we have had emergencies or on the weekends when we couldn’t get in with our normal doctors. This is the friendliest and most helpful staff.
