Great experience at the urgent care today. Madi at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. I was roomed right away and tests running. Nurse Amy was friendly and professional. Nurse Heather went above and beyond to come let me know that it had started to rain because she knew I had ridden a scooter to the clinic. The provider Amy was fast, friendly, and efficient. Overall a great experience. Would get sick again. 10/10.

It was very close to 6:00pm on Sunday so they were about to close. The wait was not long and they took my wife and I in together. They took the vitals and info then to another room. I believe it was a Nurse that came in, did not say her name and check both of us and symptom's the left the room. About 5-10 minutes later cam back and advised us that my wife had strep and I had bronchitis, said the meds were at our pharmacy and that was it. I know they wanted to get home but I felt a bit rushed and they guessed at the diagnosis….

This was my first visit and overall it was very good. The nurse and PA were outstanding; they were professional while also kind and insightful. The clinic was supposed to open at 8:45 am but did not open until about a minute after 9 am. I was impressed with the receptionist's ability to switch between fluent English and Spanish. The building and waiting areas are not much to look at, but the care was excellent, which is the important part.

Fast, courteous, answered all my questions over the phone, with empathy and understanding, which is very important to me considering I'm a RMA. No unnecessary questioning or wasting of my time.
