There was one person doing intake, payment, swabbing, cleaning slowing things down by 2 hours. There should have been two or three and it would have spead up the process. The one staff person though was doing a great job managing it all.

Waited outside for two hours. Only two staff members were working. I felt so sorry for them. They’re clearly over worked and don’t have adequate support and resources.

Thought the online sign up was great...reminders, check in, etc....BUT - there was no connection between the app and the actual clinic. Tried to explain that I had registered online the day before and had signed in at arrival time using app. I STILL DON"T HAVE MY RESULTS. Issue: They didn't have any connection to app info. Had to get in line, and try to use QR code to sign in. It wasn't working on my phone, so I was handed the phone of the person signing in people and taking the payment. Clinician was quick and good. But when I got my link to check results, it didn't recognize my info. It's my personal info so I know I'm not doing it wrong. I responded to the SDI labs message, but they replied they can't help find results. I called OnPoint, terrible static on connection (sounded like old international lines). Explained, answered questions, was told I would get instructions on email or text. It's 8pm and I don't have results from 8am - with Omicron out there this isn't helpful. Fortunately I wasn't on a deadline, but I need to know what my results are!!

When you google search this place for free test this place is third website that shows up. Advertised free during information gathering nothing tells you there is a charge. Set up appt drove 20 miles to place to find out its 69 dollars for a test. When the gov is given them for free as well you can purchase 20 of the same test at Costco for 100. Not a very upfront place to deal with. Staff was great and understanding. But get your status off Google standing as free.

I scheduled an appointment for 5pm. There was a line of 15 plus people when I got there. Waited in line in the rain. No communication until 6:15pm when the employee essentially said if you aren’t inside by 7pm you won’t get a test. Needless to say, I didn’t get my test completed.

I never had a chance to receive a test. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 3:00pm appointment. There was 25 person long line in front of the building. Only by speaking amongst ourselves did we somewhat understand what was going on. The line of people and I stood in the freezing rain for an hour and a half before anyone inside came out to explain anything, and that only happened because we kept going inside to get answers. There were literally the same 5 people sitting inside the building the entire time. I assumed they were getting tested and waiting for the results, but when pressed one of them told me they hadn’t been tested yet and they had been sitting there since 1:45 pm. It was completely ridiculous. The one employee that bothered to speak with crowd outside begged us to file a complaint because she herself had received a bathroom break since she arrived that morning. This must be a scam, that is all that I can figure. I would not recommend this and I have no idea what it is that you’re even doing.

This was appointment only, but incredibly overbooked. To the point where there were 20 people in front of me in line when I arrived 30 minutes before my 6:00 pm appointment and only three more people were let in for testing before they closed at 7:00 pm.
