I went in for a two month old finger injury (limited mobility). The receptionist, radiologist and Dr Rick were all very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I was there for less time than I imagined which was a bonus. 10/10

Bad reception in the building and they did say they had wifi but the password they gave never worked on any of the wifi so took a while to fill out forms. But everything else was really good!

For “urgent care”, the wait was excessive. There was dust on tables, especially on lower shelves/rails. In the Covid area, would like to think there was frequent cleaning.

The receptionist was extremely friendly and made it very easy for me to check in, my doctor was great very knowledgeable and informative. She had great bedside manner. Only thing I can possibly say that is negative is the wait was a little long but I had no appointment and there is Covid going on.
