COVID is essentially over. The recovery rate for most people id over 99% so is not considered to be a deadly virus. Masks don’t work. Don’t require people to wear them!

Everyone was nice and professional. The doctor or nurse practitioner was very nice and friendly. All medical people should be treated with nothing but respect anyway. We are all lucky we have any medical people left to take care of us.

This is my favorite place, they take care of me really fast and alwsys an accurate diagnostic. Great doctors and friendly staff.

This is such a great facility. Staff that really cares. Lauren is a PM there and is just the best. She spent time with me, is knowledgeable, empathetic and thinks outside the box when solving issues. For example, Lauren gave me a breathing treatment when I had a persistent cough.

Both the MA and PA were very professional and friendly. The PA was knowledgeable and explained my course of care. I was the 2nd appointment of the morning and the first patient was already in the exam room upon my arrival. The process seemed to take a bit long for a time that was not busy

I called to ask if they did Covid testing. The employee I spoke to on the phone said yes, but I had to make an appointment online. I went online, made the appointment, and STILL waited for almost 2 hours in the parking lot!!!! When I called to check to see if I was coming up soon, the person told me there were 3 people still ahead of me and that making an online “appointment” wasn’t really an appointment, just a “check-in time to get in line”. I don’t know why I bothered. I’m still sitting in the room waiting and you could hear a pin drop, it’s so quiet and dead in here. This facility has always been great in the past, but this time not so much.

Booking a visit will save your place in line. We do not take appointments. If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, you will perform a telemedicine visit with the provider. If testing is needed, the provider will instruct you where to park and a technician will come to your car to perform the testing.
