I have been to Orthofast twice in the last month. The PA/Fiore and Dr. Ahmad were excellent. They were knowledgeable, kind and thorough. The wait time was minimal. The facility is very clean. The clerical staff was friendly and efficient. We are fortunate to have an urgent care for Ortho in our area. Not only are you seen by an Ortho provider but you avoid the exposure to illnesses at a standard urgent care. My family has been to this facility many times for Urgent care, Surgery and Physical Therapy.

ORTHO-fast? Nope - ORTHO-slow & ORTHO-doesn’t care. That’s how I would describe my experience. Staff were indifferent, bordering on rude. Service was glacially slow; 3-hrs wait for a simple x-ray, even though there were only 3 people in front of me. The doc said he is alone, that’s why it’s slow. Does he really need 1-hr per patient? Go to the urgent care for real service. That’s what I’ll do next time.

I had a shoulder injury and, while my initial visit was helpful in the sense that they provided me with a sling, the followup appointment that they recommended was nothing more than a 5 minute conversation in which they asked questions they already knew the answer to. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place.

If I could give a zero I would for the care I got. I had injections on Synvisc in both knees prior to my visit and am having severe pain in my left knee, it is not weight bearing. It will be 2 weeks and I can still barely walk. The doctor was not very understanding and told me it was what is was. I told him the pain was so bad on Monday I had no idea how I was going to get from the car to the house. He offered no solutions, x-ray nothing and barely glanced at the knee and said I can tell you it’s not infected. If I could contact my insurance company I would tell them to dispute the claim. Would I go back, not if a limb was hanging off. I now have to go back to the surgeon (which I should have done in the first place) and find out what the problem is. Think twice folks!
